I signed on with AllExperts.com awhile back to provide free advice to people seeking information about web design and search engine marketing. Although I don't get any direct business from it, what I do is use those questions and my answers in my FAQ blog and my email newsletter, Girl Geek Speaks.
Nothing like actual questions from real people to bring up timely issues.
Perhaps your business would fit into one of the AllExperts.com categories too. There's also a wiki at www.eHow.com, where they ask for experts to write in. At the very least you'll get links back to your website when you add your signature to every entry
